What is the final day to sign up for a vendor booth at the event?

Art Vendors must be registered and paid by July 19, 2024.

Question 5

Where do I park and enter the facility?

Accepted Answer

• Art Vendors can load and unload in front at Hobson Union or in back at Lakeside Cafeteria.
 • Art Vendors and guests can park for free on the street or designated parking lots on BSU campus. No tickets or permits required.
 • A Vendor Map will be provided upon entry.

How do I know where to set up?

• We will have a staffed Vendor Registration Table at entry. They will guide you and provide a Vendor Map of the facility.
 • There will be a limited number of carts available, please bring your own if possible.

Do I need a Name Sign for my Booth?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring your own signage for your booth, however, we will provide a paper sign (11"x17") with your table #. Make sure you provide us with the proper name and spelling for your sign.

What size are the tables?

This site has a variety of table sizes. We will provide a 6' or 8' table surface per booth.

Question 9

Can I bring my own table and chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are welcome to bring additional equipment like tables, chairs or displays, as long as it all fits in your designated booth space.

Can I get more than one booth?

Accepted Answer

• Yes. You are able to pay for up to two booths per artist.
 • With the addition of the 6' table option, you are limited to one table per artist.

Question 11

Is there assistance if I need to leave my booth for a short period of time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can assist you to a point. We can watch over your booth but we cannot make any sales transactions for you because we cannot take responsibility for your inventory. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if you do leave your booth unattended.

Question 12

Can I leave my vendor booth and items set up overnight on Friday?

Accepted Answer

BSU will lock up Hobson Union when we are done on Friday and only BSU staff will have access (security, janitorial, and office staff).

Can I attend the Entertainment?

Accepted Answer

Art Vendors are welcome to participate and attend any of the Festival events at their own discretion.

Question 14

Will there be any food and beverages for the art vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 
1. There will be two breakrooms available for all vendors. The breakrooms will provide, water, coffee, and alternative beverage to pop. We will also provide snacks at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
2. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages into the facility.
3. Food and beverages will be sold in the Lakeside Cafeteria. You will also be able to purchase tickets for the Tasting Tables.
